02Research use only (RUO)

All products sold on Chempeptides are strictly for research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or scientific institution and will use the products solely for in vitro research purposes.

Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers are responsible for compliance with local regulations governing the use of research-grade compounds in their jurisdiction.

03Eligibility & account registration

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher to purchase from Chempeptides. By placing an order you represent that you meet these requirements. Account information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

04Orders & payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, SEPA/SWIFT bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed via secure payment partners. Prices are listed in EUR and exclude applicable taxes and duties.

• Orders placed before 12:00 CET ship the same business day
• Order confirmation is sent by email upon successful payment
• Chempeptides reserves the right to cancel orders that violate these terms

05Shipping & delivery

Free worldwide tracked shipping on orders over $200. All packages ship in plain, unmarked boxes with cold-chain handling where applicable. Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days within the EU, 5–10 business days worldwide. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their country.

06Returns & refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of research-grade compounds, all sales are final once shipped. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported to support@chempeptides.com within 7 days of delivery, with photographic evidence, for replacement or refund consideration.

07Intellectual property

All website content, branding, product imagery, descriptions, and original copy are the property of Chempeptides. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

08Disclaimers

Chempeptides makes no medical claims about the products sold. All information on this site is provided “as is” for scientific reference only and is not intended as medical advice. We make no guarantees regarding the suitability of any compound for a specific research application.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chempeptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product use, misuse, or interpretation of information presented on this site. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
