Final sale policy

All Chempeptides products are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for safety, sterility, and health reasons — once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its integrity for resale.

01All sales are final

Due to the nature of our research-grade peptides and the strict quality control standards we maintain, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product once it has been shipped — regardless of whether the package has been opened.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this final-sale policy.

02Why we cannot accept returns

Our policy exists to protect every customer who relies on Chempeptides for verified, uncompromised research compounds:

Sterility

Once a vial leaves our cold-chain dispatch, we cannot verify it remained uncompromised.

Customer safety

Reselling returned products risks contamination, degradation, or tampering for the next buyer.

Storage integrity

Research peptides require strict temperature control. We cannot verify how returned items were stored.

Regulatory compliance

Local regulations governing research compounds do not permit resale of returned vials.

03Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives visibly damaged (broken vial, leaked packaging, or compromised seal), report it to support@chempeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the damage (vial, outer packaging, shipping label)
  • Description of when and how the damage was noticed

Approved claims are resolved with a free replacement of the affected item, shipped on our cost.

04Wrong product received

If you received a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the received item. We’ll ship the correct product at no extra cost.

05Lost or stolen shipments

All orders ship with tracking. If your package is marked delivered but missing, first check with neighbors and local courier offices. If still missing after 5 business days, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Once the carrier confirms loss, we’ll arrange a replacement shipment.

06Order cancellation window

Cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the package has not yet been dispatched. Email support@chempeptides.com immediately if you need to cancel — we cannot reverse orders once they leave our facility.

07Refund processing

Approved refunds (damaged on arrival, wrong product, confirmed lost shipment) are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer and cryptocurrency refunds may take longer depending on processor timelines.
